Hi,
Our system is showing a bluetooth headset as being dispatched. We have emailed our warehouse and request them to investigate the delivery. If we are unable to locate delivery we will obviously replace the goods within a few days.

The Forum Queries Team replied in their post shown below mine on the same page. Unfortunately, there has been no resolution to the issue.
After posting, I phoned, and phoned, and phoned and still nothing was resolved. I have had 8 telephone conversations with TMO. I have done the phoning in 6 of them, amounting to over 1.5 hours on the phone. I asked why they had ignored me for a week and could get no answer. It strikes me as odd the number of times I read "technical issues" used as an excuse for their malpractice. I am also still waiting for a reply to my email to the Forum Queries Team on 4 December, 25 days later.
They agreed that I should be compensated for all that has gone wrong (it had got so bad that even Virgin advised me to complain to Ofcom) ... in the end, I was passed on to a supervisor, who outlined their proposal for compensation:
She said if I returned the handset, they would refund me the cost of postage, provided I supplied them with a postage receipt. That was it. I said this was unacceptable and after she made another couple of suggestions, it was decided best for me to email the owner, Imran, directly, which I did today. I was assured he would reply within 48 hours. I waited until the later part of this week as nobody would have replied over Christmas.
I will post an update on what happens. Thus far, the only reply I have received since then has been a PM from a member of this forum, mar<. It reads as follows:
"Your insults to TMO are unnecessary."
Assuming he is not affiliated with TMO in any way, he is perhaps a satisfied customer, which is a good sign for the rest of us having problems. Hopefully we can all be satisfied soon, to the benefit of all parties, including the company. Their deals are very good; their service needs to match.
Their website lists a very positive ABOUT US statement, containing:
Quality is never compromised ... focused on providing our customers with the best in all aspects of buying a mobile phone …. we understand our customers’ needs, which is evident in how we operate and in the level of service we provide ... simply outstanding customer service … our history has shown, quality for our customers will never be compromised.
Hopefully they will live up to this soon.
Hi,
We have replied via a PM. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Guys
I'm not affiliated with TMO; I am a customer who chased his cashback via the email address on this forum and got a cheque in the post after they were having BACS problems.
I have no idea of each of your individual problems, but from the posts on here I wonder if some of you have gone straight for the gullet in your correspondence to TMO threatening legal action and giving personal insults from the outset?
If you did, do you wonder why you're not getting the results you wanted?
(Before the flaming, clearly if you have suffered without abusing then I can understand feeling aggrieved, hopefully they will sort things out for you like they did me)

Hi Grayme-m
It's really hard to not feel grieved when you have followed their instructions to the letter, sent many e-mails which receive no reply, phoned many times to be put on hold then be told you have transferred to the wrong department, written letters (sent them recorded delivery) which are also ignored and now I await a response from the forumteam which is also proving less than fruitful...all I want is the money they agreed to when I signed a contract from them. I don't want to go down the legal road but if that's what it takes then so be it.
I would like nothing more than to write on here how delighted I am with their service but they are not giving me any reason to do so.
Glad you got your money...want to share it0 -

thats the whole point of this thread IMO. Why should you have to chase when you have followed TMO T&C's to the letter??0 -
Thanks forum query team for a prompt reply...I'm hoping this is the first of many positive comments I can write about TMO on here
I've pm'ed my details so fingers crossed.

Help, have just been reading through this long thread!!!! I am waiting on cashback from The Mobs, have they gone bust, does anyone know how I proceed now.
I foolishly purchased two phone for my charity to respond to mobile callers and this is the first claim, should I cancel the rest of the contract with '3' I can't keep paying £70 a month for a con.
Would appreciate any suggestions0 -
