thats the whole point of this thread IMO. Why should you have to chase when you have followed TMO T&C's to the letter??
everyone here has followed there t+c,s to the letetr and are still strugglnig to get cash back,i have been told mines being sent out this week, but not holding my breath until i recive it,they could just be telling me that to shut me up or stall for time

have to laugh at this comment on there website

"with our simply outstanding customer service, make our products a must for online consumers"

i would hate to see there definition of poor customer service if this is outstanding??

"Our shear commitment and belief will, one day, make us the number one provider for mobile phones over the internet.""

will it? not acting like this it wont:rotfl:

Grrrrr. I too have been 'conned'. I will not be using this company in future and will definitely not be recommending them to anyone. I had the same issues with submitting 'incorrect' bills and thereby invalidating my cashback claim as my response from them was just before the 28 day deadline and so there wasn't sufficient time left for me to resend my bills.

I started this contract in mid-2005 so it is probably too late for me to dispute this now. Also I am certain that I signed up for a 12 month, but when I rang 3 in September I was informed that I was on an 18 month contract. Funnily enough, I was never sent a Services/Contract agreement by 3 or Mobileoutlet, or any other document so nothing to prove that I had signed up for 12 months, other than my Order tracking details on TMO website which I have kept a copy of. I didn't think to save a copy of the original page on the website with the offer that I had signed up to.

It is also sad to see that they have set up a separate email address for dealing with queries posted on this forum, in addition to their Customer Services one. I feel very sorry for those people out there who have not come across MSE and who are not aware of the forumqueries email address which appears to be more useful to most of you than the usual customer services one and the phone service. It's not good enough that TMO Customers have had to resort to leaving messages for TMO on this thread having had no response via email or phone. This thread has been going on for nearly a year and its a shame that TMO have not improved their service.

You must have signed a direct debit agreement to allow them to take money from your bank account? Ask your bank how long the direct debit is for. Ask 3 for a copy of the agreement that you have signed then if you haven't signed any contract agreement why not just cancel the direct debit and tell 3 where to shove their phone:rolleyes: I bet they find a contract agreement then;)

    Good luck
