We do not know each other. I do not know of your experiences with The Mobile Outlet and you do not truly know of mine. If you were in my position, you would be very frustrated too.
Please refrain from sending me any more private messages, as the two you have sent thus far have been unsolicited, unhelpful and a waste of both your time and mine. I did not insult you and I have never sent you a message - you are a random stranger on a public forum, taking an unusual interest in defending The Mobile Outlet in a situation that has nothing to do with you. Unless you are affiliated with The Mobile Outlet in some way, you have no legitimate reason to champion their cause to me with tasteless private messages, without the facts.

I got an email to say:
"A payment of £5.51 has been made by BACS and will credit your bank account within the next 3-5 working days. Please accept our sincerest apology about the delay in dealing with your cashback claim. "
£5.51!!! Im supposed to be getting around £160 back!0 -
