Acai Berry Power "FREE" trial

Hi everyone,
I too feel like an idiot as I am always wary of these type of things and carefully check for any little * on indicating terms and conditions to the 'free trial'. There weren't any, although once I got the scrap of paper I looked again and did find them hidden in the terms- I wonder if it was added later?!
there was an e-mail address to use to cancel on there: support@healthylivin.biz
I emailed my cancellation and got no reply. I have still got money coming out.
I am getting my credit card to dispute but need to send all documents relating to the transaction. I have unfortunately not kept a note of the website and on google there seems to be hundreds now!
my statement says 'Diet Offer Store' 877-8590952 Ut
i've tried ringing and searching the number on google with no success.
Does anyone else have this and can point me to it?0 -

I got sucked into this one. I received my trial but, after reading the warnings about the monthly payment (which i didn't see until it was too late), went to my bank and cancelled by debit card.
That was in November. Nothing was taken in December so i thought i was safe and that changing my card had worked.
Just logged onto my bank this morning - they've taken £66.33 from my account. I don't know how they did this, as i cancelled my card the day after signing up for the trial. I'm off to my bank now to ask them if i can get this back and to cancel any further payments.
If any of you signed up for this around the middle of November, please be careful as you may still be charged.0 -

Ok that is real odd, what if someone stole your card  The bank should sort it out.0 -
