Dizziblonde - I've said several times on MSE that my PCOS was only diagnosed by a laparascopy; Previous bloodwork and a HyCosy didn't diagnose it.

I had the IVF when I was 37.
    The IVF worked;DS born 2006.

Toniq what a fab day you had! I second what Shelly said, you do look such a lovely person and have given so much support to all of us on here. It was a very well deserved win!

Wowee Toniq! I just love the pics of food and drinks! Disappointed you didn't get to photograph the naked chest, but I'll say again wow!!

Glad you enjoyed your day - what a fantastic prize to win and very well deserved!

Yeah, I enjoyed reading your day toniq. Sounds fabulous.

Thanks for the butt kick lilo! I think that this is really the only thread where we can have butt kicking for us ladies. I mean, we would bristle quite a lot if anyone else tried to perk us up, I think, wouldn't we? Well I know I would. Because they don't understand. But because we all know the situation on this thread and can empathise, a butt kicking is somehow acceptable... do you see what I'm saying? I'll get my coat...

Lilo, thanks!!!! We really need someone here to stop us thinking down ourselves, and you so great in inspiring us all.

Well, it is hot here - I working from home today in my bikini (!!!!). Also, it is last day and I am on holiday from tomorrow - jetting off to Seychelles tomorrow evening!!!!! No ttc here, as waiting for my laparoscopy and don't want to compromise anything. Just managed to get Bupa to cover it, so I better get it sorted!

Btw, none is getting any coat - first of all, it is too hot for one, and secondly, why don't we all sit down and have a nice cup of tee, or cool glass of juice and a bit of cake? Then we can all talk calmly and share our miseries.

And I agree - butt kicking is acceptable and very much needed here. I wouldn't take it from anyone, just from you ladies. Even my OH gets "a look" and a few angry words!

It feels like everybody wants to get their coat? Why is everybody so keen to leave? I don't want to be left on my own, I have that enough at home! ;)

Please don't... let's sit and have a virtual pint (well, a cup of decaf coffee, herbal tea or juice though obviously!) and perk each other up a bit

Js_Other_Half - you have no idea how much hope you have given me today - I feel so much better for it knowing your IVF worked at 37 - I will hopefully get a round this year and I'm 38 and thought I had virtually no chance, but you have reminded me that a tiny little chance is better than no chance at all! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I'm loving lemon and ginger tea in this weather and have got a big bowl of peas I've just picked from the garden to sit and eat - well, it seems a shame to cook them!
