AnnieM, so very sorry to hear your sad news. Thinking of you and cannot add much to what has been said already x

Toniq - oh no! Life is a b*tch and just doesn't give up at times. Please don't give up completely or keep talking like that. I sometimes say those sorts of things to my OH and he reacts exactly the same! Sometimes I just remind myself that he loves me, however I am and whatever the circumstances. Try and take comfort in that and start thinking positive thoughts when you feel ready to. Thinking of you also x

Toniq, AnnieM and Sarah big hugs to you all, I know there isn't a magic wand I can wave and make your hurts go away but I wish you all a change of luck from here on in xx

FE - I too worry about not worrying, its odd isn't it. I had my first real negative pang earlier today. Was thinking about my scan tomorrow and suddenly had this "what if its not all working" moment! aarrgghh!!! Fortunately it went pretty soon after, but I didnt like it.

Am pleased to say that apart from being alot more tired than usual, drugs so far arent having a huge impact, hope thats a good sign. Well I'll know soon enough.

Well, after spending 20 min on the phone with BUPA (that will be costly from mobile!!!), I still don't have any more info. They don't have the procedure code for HyCoSy, so I can't have pre-authorisation number. The lady on the phone was very helpful and they are trying to sort it out for me. I called the consultants secretary and she said she is going to sort out the appointment (she was not very nice on the phone and I don't want to call her again to correct my BUPA membership number - they gave me wrong one first time round!!!, so going to do that by email). I hope to get the appointment next week, as otherwise I would have to wait another month...

Toniq, just wanted to send you huge hugs, come over to mine and we can kick walls together and scream at the world.

Thanks to everyone else for your wishes. I'm still waiting; my stupid body hasn't recognised that it's all over yet so I'm in limbo land again. If nothing happens by next week I think I'll book the d&c, although I really don't want to go through that again. Then again I don't want to lose it naturally as I find that really upsetting too.... what can you do, eh?

Well done Somnium, thats brilliant news.(oh perhaps not a beer!)

Sorry to hear that things are taking a while Sarah, when I had mine it was within a week, but I had had really bad cramps first, so I think it had already detatched from its comfortable home and was working its way South. I wish you all the best with it, and I am sure that whatever you decide, although hard, will be the best for you.

    Well done Somnium!

You had a scan before you started the stimming? I've never had one then, just bloods a few days before. Are you GonalF or Menopur?
I'm curious as to the differences in treatment at the various clinics (in case you hadn't noticed!) if I've asked before, sorry (brain fried by buseralin & antibiotics I think) d'you mind me asking where you are having treatment & is it NHS or private?
More questions to bug my consultant with - I bet she's really fed up with me! Last time I saw her I'd read on FF that loads of ladies have their ET done by a guided ultrasound, and they can see it happening on a screen, and some even get given piccies of their embies! So I asked her why my clinic doesn't do that and had her scurrying off for stats on different success rates etc, etc! Like to keep them on their toes!!!!!

I'm not sure if it's the downregging or the infection/antibiotics, but I'm feeling a bit down & teary today, for no particular reason I could just cry. My house is a mess and I need to start to clear it when I get home, as my BM & her hubby & my wonderful Godson are coming for the weekend (so at least I need to clear them beds to sleep in!), but I just want to go to bed! We're supposed to go watch the footie at a friend's tonite, but I may cry off and send hubby on his own...except that he'll have to wake me up to inject me later on and I'm a moody moo when I get woken up at the best of times! Ah well.....
