It's so lovely to see BFP's on this post for so many of us it gives us real hope and the strength to carry on the rollercoaster ride of TTC!
I hope the next 9 months are easy and worry free for you so you can enjoy your pregnancy and have a lovely little bundle of joy with you at Christmas! How exciting.

Wow, now i've got that excitement out, I'll post again :D

Ginvzt so you went for an older cat - my parents have a gorgeous ginger boy they got when he was 2/3 (they don't know exactly) and he is just adorable, much more chilled out than my 2 kittens were, very loving etc. Always made me think I would go for an older cat over kittens next time (not that I'd swap them for the world now they've grown up and don't cause such havoc!)

Becs they've not told me when I will next get a check up, I'm still waiting on an appointment to see the endo after my MRI, week ago. They're unbearably slow.

No news here - CD16, no sign of ov. Still bding all the same :D OH thinks I've officially lost it, had an argument last night because I wanted him to take his boxers off & put PJ pants on after dinner because his boxers are tight...almost had a massive fight & no bding after that!! Think I'm starting to scare him with my obsession! I must be mad.

Well done AnnieM - I couldn't resist popping back this morning to check for your news!! I was feeling happy and positive yesterday afternoon, but this just reinforces that fantastic things CAN happen. Enjoy your pregnancy xx

I have a Q...tried googling but keep getting things about acne!! Is it normal to become really spotty around ovulation? I never get spots but have noticed the last couple of months I've been getting them and quite badly for about a week or so mid cycle, is it a sign? If so, poor OH, having to BD like a maniac when I look like one of the ugly sisters :rotfl:

I do.. and as soon as these are sort of gone, I get another batch before AF. I noticed my skin looks clearest (if such is possible with my skin) just before OV and then it does mad again. I can never get rid spots and I am nearly 30!!!!! And to add to the insult, the last few cycles got a big deep ones that are actually painful.

Also look into the success rates of different clinics, as they vary enormously. Even if you are lucky enough to get IVF on the NHS, you are unlikely to get unlimited attempts, so you'll want to maximise your chances by going to the clinic with the best success rates, even if that means that you have to wait a little longer to be seen.

Absolutely-sorry I should have said that in my first post.
In my area you have your initial consultation /tests/ treatment at a NHS fertility Clinic (hense the waiting time). You are then referred to a Private IVF Clinic,If that is the treatment suggested.

Well if nothing else, at least it helps to pinpoint ovulation :o I'm sure my spots have arrived earlier this month than last month...wondering if that means earlier ov. Wish I'd got some opk's now, was trying to stave off for one more month so OH didn't think I'd become a total obsessive :o I feel like the elephant woman today, all around my hairline there are big painful boil like spots :( Weirdly, I feel a bit like af is coming despite being cd16, heavy bloated stomach (couldn't do my jeans up - maybe too much cake?!) spotty and generally grotty, maybe it is ov?
