Good Morning everyone!
A big big CONGRATULATIONS to pa2539 :j :j :j :j :j woo hoo, how exciting! Fingers crossed this is the start of many BFP's to come for us all
Lilo - thinking of you today & keeping everything crossedEven my legs, bding for this month is well & truly over :rotfl:
Nikkinoo - good luck to you too today
Jojo77 - I'm with you on TTC taking the romance away!! My OH has no understanding of cycles/when's best, he thinks you do the deed & you get a baby [despite my problems - he still believes this!] so I think best not to tell him & just try and get an early night on the important days!
Chin up Mrs Ryan - not eating isn't the way to lose weight! Replace all the things you like with a lower calorie alternative instead of cutting out completely, I find it really helps as you don't feel deprived. Just don't go near Greggs
I'm on CD29 today, still got weird cramps through my whole stomach and hideous heartburn (though I've had this since I started on prolactin lowering meds), no AF though. I am leaving testing til the weekend now & hoping & praying for good news...though I suspect all the stomach cramps are just AF finding her way

Nikkinoo - Thinking of you and hoping your HSG goes well today xxx0

Ok I'm indulging in some symptom spotting - I'm unbearably hot, and my mouth tastes like metal, as if I've had a spoon in my mouth, but I wonder if this is my fillings?!
Is it normal to feel hot for 3 days before AF has shown up? I'm wondering if this is just horrendous PMT? I can't remember what it's like because I was on for the pill for 6 years then only had 1 AF since that turned up out of the blue with no PMT? Hi, I was tested for this several times and they couldn't confirm that I had or had not got a blood condition. My consultant advised us to be treated as if I had so I was offered low dose Aspirin and Heparin injections. I didn't do the latter (needle phobic) but did take the Aspirin which I firmly believe gave me my DS2 and DS3. Many GPs aren't aware of the benefits of low dose Aspirin for recurrent miscarriages; often alternative options aren't given until the consultant stage which tend to happen when there has already been a lot of heartache...
Wishing you all well.

Hi Floxxie.
Can you tell me if its just regular over the counter aspirin you took and how much per day?
I have had 2 unexplained losses and never had Aspirin mentioned to me to try but I'm willing to try anything!
Not much to report here. On CD14 and waiting for ov.
Had a smear last night which was quite uncomfortable for some reason. Its my first 6 month one after having them every 3 months so I'm a little nervous of the results in a week or 2.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
Hi gymfiend...
thanks... Im feeling a little better today. I've bought some yummy Weight Watchers cheesecakes and some reduced fat biscuits so hopefully that will keep my hunger at bay. Im really busy today as going away on Friday (cant wait) so hopefully that will take my mind off food a bit!*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -

Sorry to hear about your losses. Yes the Aspirin is the stuff from over the counter - it was 75mg and in the tablet form. I had to take it from a positive test (although I always took it on implantation as I can feel it) and then take it until 36 weeks. The most nerve racking part was coming off it.
Just make sure you check with your GP that it doesn't interefere with any other medication/condition you have. There's plenty of info on the web about the benefits of using it so you could always print these off and take them with you for support.
Hope you have a successful pregnancy.

Just a v.quick one - my consultant has advised 75mg aspirin when we have our next IVF - starting from Embryo Transfer day - due to previous M/C's.
Also she says it's even more important to take the Folic Acid if you have a history of M/C's.
HTH.
Back as soon as I can to read all your news & catchup.
HUGS,

+ve result from OPK today, managed to interest my OH in bd after a lot of persuasion, I know a bright pink pot doesn't do it for most men. We can't waste the last month's supply of clomid, just have to keep him interested for another 24 hours.
I have to take asprin as I have sticky blood & have had previous early m/cs, anyone who has had more than one m/c ought to ask their Dr for a blood test just to check that everything in that dept is OK as it is so easily sorted with asprin, clues are Raynauds Disease, other problems with circulation, Fibromyalgia or Arthritis, if you are at all worried talk to your Dr & ask if a referral to see a Rheumatologist is required. If you are found to have a problem, most maternity units have a special clinic for blood problems & from what my Consultant told me monitoring just involves extra scans & blood tests.0 -

Thanks for the info. I assumed you take it whilst TTC, not have to wait until pos test, oh well....keep trying:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
Aargh... tried to submit a reply twice and each time it throws me out. In brief because I'm fed up with it now...
Thanks for the good wishes re HSG - all good, tubes clear, fascinating to see it on screen. Nothing to worry about for those of you who have to book in for one - slight cramping when dye is injected, mildly uncomfortable otherwise, and a bit of leakage (well, quite a lot actually) afterwards. You need a pad for definite!
Hope you're feeling more chipper MrsRyan after your cheescake and biccies? Hugs to all who need them and babydust to all xx0
