Had my call. After much fannying about, they're going to refund me £51.
Apparently R&R doesn't apply to internet orders. Didn't push too hard, happy to get my wine for the advertised price.You're my badger now Dave.0 -
We have had 2 cases of 6 bottles of the correct wine (but not the cases of 12 advertised that we ordered) delivered. The receipt says no charge except for the delivery charge tho we did use free delivery code.
Will check credit card later but may have got 12 bottles of wine at 42 pence each :j0 -

I have just spoken to Becky Wood a customer service Manager and she has said that as long as we had previously ordered the discount will apply when reordering the 6 bottle cases.
If there are any problems with the amount being incorrect to contact her.0 -
Not sure if I got that. Are you saying that even if we get our 6 bottles for £12.00 we can then order another 6 for £12.00 too?There are three ways to get something done; do it yourself, hire someone or forbid your kids to do it.0

It sounds like everyone should get half the wine for half what they paid and as we know not everyone got wine.
We are not going to make contact until check credit card to see what they have taken as the only receipt we have is for the £5 delivery charge but hope everyone else gets on ok when you ring :shhh:0 -
I don't understand. My delivery date was yesterday and nothing turned up. I had the cancellation call/email and the offer of 6 bottles for £12. What do I do now? Do I have to reorder or wait for them to contact me with a new delivery date? Thanks for any help.0
