tesco.com, Wines of the Loire mixed case quantity mistake [CLOSED]

Wines of the Loire mixed case at www.tesco.com seems to be a bit of a mix up opportunity here (similar to the one with the Renaissance wine last year!)

It says it's a case of 12 (grab a screen print!) but also suggests it's only a case of 6. If it's a case of 12 that makes it a very reasonable £2 a bottle

I'm sure it's a mistake on their part again as I doubt they'd be selling it that cheaply and I'm sure it should be a case of 6 for that price!

Go to the Wine page and put Loire in the search box - it's the first item to come up.

So how can we claim on the fact that it says 12 when it clearly also states content of six?

If this has happened before, what was the outcome last time round?
What happens if they only send the six in a case?

Last time I ordered something similar, I was stuck with 6 and not 12. Tescos stated contents of box were clear in the description.

well last time they did this and delivered cases of 6 but the ordering screen had said 12, we got the wine free. I'll see if I can find the thread from last year.

got my order confirmation and it states case of 12 so, alongg with the screen prints and the fact that they say equivalent to £2 a bottle online I think they're stuffed

Oooops cheers for that Redfox :T..................I didn't really mean to go all the way and order but just found my fingers had a mind of their own!!
