how strange that some have received it - albeit at the wrong price!

My order confirmation was timed at 5.58pm but my order was cancelled -"out of stock and probably went out of stock at the central warehouse which deals with the orders while you were ordering" they said.

Just shows this is all lies, doesn't it....

Mine still says cancelled............I rang CS and asked why order was cancelled and she said that it was because it was out of stock...................I asked so why has it just turned up on my doorstep then????

She said they will refund the £75..........I told them that I wanted the product at the price that was advertised, she then disappeared and told me they will phone tomorrow at 2pm.................no doubt buying themselves time to make up yet ANOTHER lie!!!! :rolleyes:

My order (only just checked it) online was showing as cancelled yesterday.

The order number on my receipt and the one on my confirmation are different.

I was told that the woman I spoke to's team leader would ring me after 2:30 tomorrow, after checking that they'd only charged me £24.

I ordered at about 6:30pm on Friday 25th.

I can't work out where they've got the £75 from though?

If they have overcharged you shouldn't R & R kick in????

We have had no call but cancelled on site and delivery expected later today so watch this space but not holding our breath.

I think earlier in Tesco thread it is quoted from online yes. Another question. Did you get exactly what you ordered or half the order? I think ours is coming later as delivery driver just called to confirm delivery address

This is the strange thing. I got 12 bottles of wine (which is what I ordered), just not the wine listed as being in the WOL case. Some French, some Australian, some Californian. Looks like decent stuff, just not sure why they've delivered this (although their policy does say if a wine's out of stock they'll replace it with another of the same or greater value - It just deosn't say they'll charge you three times as much!).

Thanks for the info re R&R, I shall endeavour to get all of my money back.

Does it have a product code? How much is it online? We have ordered 2 x 12 so who knows what will turn up and how much we will be charged. But as was stated earlier on this thread contract is made when deliver goods so entitled to not be charged more than agreed at time of order. We will go for R & R too. Delivery expected around 3 so can you let me know how you get on with CS then we can say the same. Did you question it with driver or just call number on invoice?
