Do your Christmas shopping at Asda, then send Sir Terry Leahy copies of all your receipts with a covering note. Get all your family to give you their Christmas receipts from Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons etc. and send him them as well.
Other than that there's nothing you can do that would make Tesco give a stuff anyway.

I got the call as well. Didn't even bother arguing with them. In total honesty the wine probably ISN'T in stock.....as the 12-bottle case never WAS in stock!!

He also told me quite proudly that I hadn't been charged (to which I replied I should jolly well think not!).

Disappointed but nothing we can do AFAICS

Is it out of stock?? The case of six now showing today has the catalogue number of 957-195-7. Does anyone have the catalogue number for the case of 12 by any chance??

According to my screenshot of my order summary, the number was the same for the case of 12.

Hmm - mine hasn't been cancelled yet - altho my delivery date is the 6th as I'm off to New York tonight (thanks to this site)

Guess I'll be paying 99p/min for them to tell me it's been cancelled!
