All of you who have got cancelled and phone calls, were you all for delivery tomorrow???
We are still showing as ' not yet dispatched' and have received no call but delivery not til Fri so we are expecting call tomorrow............................

As far as I know, because they haven't notified me otherwise, my wine should be being delivered tomorrow. I assume they will have to contact people at some point!

Logged in to my account on tesco.com and it says - "Status: Cancelled on Tuesday 29 November 2005"

My delivery was tomorrow and my cancellation call this afternoon. It was left on the answerphone and it was clear "Ashley" who left the message was in a hurry as she cracked through the speel full speed as if she had loads to do and I did detect as certain amount of tension in her voice.
Poor thing she must have earned her money today dealing with a lot of very grumpy customers.
I do think it would have been better to have owned up to it being a mistake which they wouldn't fulfill rather than pretend the stock was gone.My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

I've just (at 8:20) got a call from Paul at Tesco to tell me that unfortunately that wine is out of stock so I won't be getting my delivery. Also unfortunately their system doesn't allow them to re-order wines automatically for when they DO come back in stock. Terribly sorry but there's nothing I do about it sir...... etc.
WHAT A LYING BUNCH OF SHYSTERS!! Why can't they just be upfront and say "We're terribly sorry sir, but we screwed up our website and we aren't able to provide the wine at that price"You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -

I just checked my order status on Tesco.com for the wine order I placed only to find it has been cancelled on 29 November! They didn't even email me to let me know!!!! That is diabolical service!!!3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

I have just been told it is out of stock and my order is cancelled. It was by Paul also, he told me he was just the messanger and there was nothing he could do other than inform me. I was due for delivery tomorrow evening.
I suppose I knew it was likely that they would cotton on and do something to stop the orders, it's just the way they have done it doesn't exactly shout CUSTOMER CARE.
However he did inform me that no monies had been taken from my account, really big of them!Murphy's No More Pies Member No. 28 on hold0
