Has everyone had phone calls then or just cancelled on Tesco site? What excuse are they giving?

it's just showing as cancelled on the site. No phone call or email sent to notify me of this, not even out of courtesy...but then Tesco don't do courtesy.

As far as I know, because they haven't notified me otherwise, my wine should be being delivered tomorrow. I assume they will have to contact people at some point!

Just had a phone call saying that they "are out of stock at the warehouse" so it will not be delivered tomorrow.

They hope it will be on the site next week.
"Will it be the same price though?"

She said she would put a note of what I ordered if I had to re-order next week .

But what will you say? Just asking so that we can all say the same thing. Have we got any rights in this situation or not?

Earlier this year, we caught Tesco advertising bottles of Wynns Michael Shiraz on its website for GBP 9.75 each, but trying to charge customers double after they'd already ordered it at that price and received an order confirmation.

Isn't this exactly what they have done again? Tescos were fined thousands for the last faux pas, so shouldn't we be either requesting Tesco fulfil our order or do we go straight up the chain?
