I asked same question earlier in the thread and it seems general opinion is to accept delivery and then call number on invoice to say half delivery is missing

that's always a possibility I suppose but at the moment there's no reason to believe they will.

I'm just waiting to see what they deliver, accept the delivery and then the contract is complete. Then query it with HO afterwards.

Thanks redfox - tecso are now offering 6 wines of the loire for over £24 and are calling it a special deal so hope I get 12 bottles on ist. as it was clearly marked at £2 a bottle!

I'm not hoping for 12 bottles - I'm EXPECTING 12. That's what I paid for, and I have all the screen shots to prove it

PANIC!!! - Just checked my Tesco account and this wine order was CANCELLED on Tuesday - presumably by Tesco. I've had absolutely NO communication from them about this, so if it doesn't arrive on Thursday I am going to get very shirty with them.

Not happy they've cancelled mine too without telling me!!

What's the next stage guys? If anyone suggests writing to the, could they post their template letter so i can make sure i get all the relevant points in; ta!
