Reading these threads I take it i am one of many awaiting monies from Phone2Udirect.
Is there no way we can team up and take action against these people?
If it puts them out of business so be it! At least many others will not get sucked in!Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0 -

I'm sure too that this is phones2udirect posting to give good feedback when everybody else has had bad experience.

Well well well - wonders will never cease.
Issued claim against phones2udirect via the moneyclaim online website at cost of £30. Claim issued 7th September, legally deemed to be served 12th September.
Received letter from phones2udirect 22nd September (dated 19th September) quote
Thank you for posting your claim for cashback.
Please find the enclosed cheque for £150 to be broken down as follows.
£120 for your first instalment of cashback.
£30 for costs you have incurred.
Please accept our sincere apologies in the delay in dealing with your claim. Due to large back logs of claims received.
Absolute rubbish - I believe that they just try it on to see if you will fight them. Non existant customer service - avoid at all costs.0 -

Do not touch these people with a bargepole!!!!!
I sent a claim in with a photocopied invoice rather than the original. Not the greatest crime ever but they rejected it of course. I asked them very politely to re consider and this is their response
Hi
Unfortunately we can not reverse the decision.
Best regardsEven if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -

Hi
I took a phone deal out with phones2udirect for my wife on the 13 or 18th May 2006 - when and which bill do I need to send back and on what date as I'm a bit confused with their t&c's. I was unsuccessful in claiming cashback for my own phone deal and do not want to have the same problems with my wifes phone deal.
Many Thanks for your help

This really seems like a genuine Victory !
What sort of proof of your claim did you have to provide when you submitted your claim to the small claim court ? I am looking at doing the same thing with MobileRainbow.
Thanks0 -
I am thinking of submitting a claim to the small claims court against Phones2udirect. My details:
*********
Phone Connected by 02 on 21/02/06
180 days later = 20/08/06
A bill came from 02 on the 22/08/06 and so this was my first invoice after the 180 days and so this was the invoice I sent to phones2udirect to claim.
I sent the 02 bill on the 30/08/06 and it arrived recorded delivery on the 31/08/06.
I have continually sent emails, left voice messages, sent a fax but not one word of response was gained from them.
**********
If you notice something incorrect in my details above please say so, but I feel I have complied with the terms and conditions of phones2udirect.
I will start proceedings on Monday 13th November, and will keep you posted.
My 9th month anniversary is on the 22nd November!!!!
Regards,
jedeye0
