    Durrsaku,

It may be worth getting a number for Kent Trading Standards and seeing if they know the latest situation with P2UD. Apologies for not having the number handy here.

  • Not to sure about the bust theory ! I was paid my first cash back on the 1st of December following court action , and it cleared . If they were about to go T**S UP , I doubt they would have paid up anything . however stranger things have happened , anyone else received a recent cheque?

If they have gone bust there is no point in pursuing with a court case.
  • CS Manager (Alex Bunce) was in Ashford (Kent) court today and stated that they are still trading although having 'trouble' with distributors. Keep trying!
My claim was dismissed (supply of first page of invoice insufficient), my fault but worth a shot.

Thank you for your reply Ian. They have got one more week to reply before i can enter judgement. At the moment the order just says acknowledged but no defence. who knows i might get a nice surprise for Christmas. Don't they run their cheques on the 20th of each month?:D

Is there hope for us yet?? Hopefully this means it won't happen yet? Lets face it though it is only a matter of time and the more of us that win cases the more likely it is to happen.

Rumours are circulating about online retailer Phones2Udirect, following the apparent closure of its website and telephone lines. The site has been directing traffic to alternative retailer’s e2save and OneStopPhoneShop, for the last couple of weeks. Phones2Udirect is not directly affiliated with these companies, other than linking to them via standard affiliate network links.

Are they about to go into administration?

has anyone managed to speak to someone at P2U recently and if so when and what number did you contact them on?
