thanks....is it possible for all you guys who have started a claim against them pm me your claim numbers so i can go armed into my court hearing with proof that they are doing this to lots of people and more people are having to go to court to get their money back? thanks,0

or is there an easier way to find out how many claims (and judgments) have been issued against them?0

These guys state in their own terms and conditions that cheques should be received with 45 days of claim. But my first claim took 3 months, and that was only after a letter to them from Trading Standards. I'm currently awaiting my 2nd and 3rd cheques for £160 each! My 2nd cheque is over 5 months overdue, and my 3rd cheque is over 3 months overdue! THIS COMPANY SUCKS - STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!0

I know you shouldn't have to do it, but have you tried taking them to court? It seems to be the only way people are getting the money they are owed. You do seem to be more patient than me - we've only be waiting since the 29th October (the 45 day point) for the 2nd cheque to arrive, but with the help of our Trading Standards will be starting a court case against them.

Good Luck. My court case was about a year ago and although a little nervous, simply told the truth and won. Great feeling!!0

I've just requested judgement by default as Phones2udirect have failed to enter a defense even after acknowledging my money claim (seems to be just a time wasting tactic).
Has anyone requested a warrant of execution against Phones2udirect.co.uk Ltd? If so, which address did you use - the trading address or the registered office - and was the warrant successful?
From looking at their website I'm concerned that they are now just a shell company with only affiliate links as a source of revenue and I'm wondering whether there is anything for the bailiff to seize. I wonder if I might be better off going for a third party debt order against their bank account?0 -
Hello,
I received my cheque on the 22Dec after they failed to present their defence. I have put in the cheque same day for clearence. If you have a strong caase they will pay. At this stage they are trading, but I think they are having serious problems and are using all the tricks to avoid paying.Question is for how long. I will update when cheque clears. Good luck with your claim
update as promised
Cheque has cleared and I have asked money claim on line to withdraw my claim.Good luck to all, many thanks for your help and support.0 -
Called Kent Trading standards, but they put me through to consumer direct, they could not tell me anything about P2UD or about any other cases that have been logged, and overall were not very helpful.
I am sending my first 6 month cashback tomorrow registered post/special delivery, I have provided everything they require and more, but based on all the above posts, I am expecting nothing, but will keep you all posted.
I think this is a great forum and am very thankful to all those who have enlightened me about P2UD

Kai1esh007, Don't mess around - include a note now stating that you will take court action if the cheque is not received within a reasonable time (T&Cs used to say within 45 days so they clearly used to consider that reasonable) that way you are ahead of the game. I am in court for claim 1 on 15th Feb, they have failed to pay claim 2 and claim 3 is about to go in!0
