Dextra are the distributor who supplied DialAMobile, PBD, CNM and also Phones2U Direct. They ceased trading due to quality of Business.
They also supply Mobile Rainbow who may go the same way.
After Dialamobile fiasco they have had their fingers burned badly as the networks have clawed them back their commission.
They have recently contacted me to deal with them as they now want quality business rather than quantity.0 -

Hi guys,
I have a couple of contracts with P2UD, and got the first claim sorted out after claiming through MCOL.
However, I mistakenly claimed for £120 instead of the £140 I was owed (£35/month * 12 months) / 3 installments.
I know it's only £20, but do you think I would be able to claim £160 this time round for the second installment to make up for the £20 underpayment last time. Unfortunately I went through the whole process asking for £120, rather than £140 - do you think I'd get away with it? To be fair, nowhere on the cover letter does it say you have to state the amount you're claiming for so the responsibility should be with P2UD to send the correct amount, regardless of what I ask for.... no?

I too have taken this company down the money claim on line route. I claimed £280 being 2 lots of cashback. They have disputed one half of the claim saying that it was not outside of the 45 days in their t&c's.They have offered £140 to be paid in January on their next cheque run.0

I have had an extremely bad experience with Phones2u direct, in that they tricked me in a way so that I could not claim the cash back facility.
1. They gave me the wrong advice so that I fail their first six month deadline application.
2. They repeatedly avoided answering my emails despite their suggestion that they endeavour to answer all emails as quickly as possible.
If I were you, I would go somewhere else so that I save my money and effort rather that deal with these untrustworthy people.
Good luck to you if you do not take my 11 month experience with these people.

Phones 2U Direct.com are cheats. You will have extremely hard time in getting your cash back money from them as I did, therefore make your self a favour and go somewhere else, otherwise you will loose all your money.
Good luck anyway.
