I'll change the original post as well so as to prevent others from being misled.
Please accept my apologies for my uncharacteristic error.

Sadly I too have had my claim rejected by Phone2U for sending an early bill and did not receive their rejection letter in time.
Could you please post the name of the MD and his contact address so I can send my letters of complaint directly to him?
Many thanks0 -
Phones2Udirect are scum. I did eventually get my last cashback from them, even though it was several months too late. I wont ever be using them again and encourage others to do the same. They are the worst UK company as far as customer service goes.0

Phones2Udirect have stated the following in an email:
"We have received all other returns and cancellation requests and have no other disputes with customers stating they have sent emails to this effect which we have no record of."
Has anybody else been told by P2UD that they didn't receive their email and therefore they weren't informed?0 -

Just about to submit my Money Claim online (what a top system). Any other advice before I press submit?
My case is a bit different - I did not send the whole invoice as the second page contained no info different to the front page apart from the dialled number records, which are clearly private and P2UD cannot use. They have done the standard 'it is not our fault if you can't read the T&Cs', but they are missing the point that I am saying their T&Cs are unreasonable. English Contract law requires companies to specifically highlight conditions that are peculiar, as this requirement to provide nugatory paperwork clearly is. P2UD has admitted in writing that they do not use any of the information on subsequent sheets; hence they don't need them. Well, that is what I and my lawyer chum think anyway.
Any thoughts?0 -
Submitted my first claim and it has been rejected.
"Unfortunately we will be unable to process your claim for the following reason;
1) The bill dated march 2007 is incomplete."
The March bill was sent with Page 1 "Your Bill" and Page 2 "Your Bill Summary".
The only sheets that weren't sent were the itemised calls. Surely they weren't expecting to get them as well.
I thought I would post on here before responding to the letter, so if anyone has had the same experience or has a suggestion what to do next, please help.
Thanks,
KLB0 -
You are Lucky to have a rejection reply, some aren't having any replies at all, Phones 2 U direct must be one of the worst companies on line, they only send replies for rejected claims, and they make shore that you get these replies, when it's to late for you to do any thing about it,0
