  • Finally got all my cashbacks. :j Had to send several emails which were ignored.:mad: Kept going. Sent registered letters. Finally had to threaten court action and got the final two claims (7months and 5 months after I should have), less 12p!!!

    Happy to get the money. Keep at them, it paid off for me.:D

    Wouldn't use them again. E2save have always paid up without this sort of hassle so its not difficult to see who I'll use next time.

    I am also facing issues with Phones2udirect. I def agree that they are the worst company to buy from. I will soon start a website alerting people against buying from them. I regret not having done my homework before i bought the phone from them. I aalso encouraged my bro to buy from them and now he is going to lose his money too, all because of me...:mad:

    Submitted my first claim and it has been rejected.

    "Unfortunately we will be unable to process your claim for the following reason;

    1) The bill dated march 2007 is incomplete."

    The March bill was sent with Page 1 "Your Bill" and Page 2 "Your Bill Summary".
    The only sheets that weren't sent were the itemised calls. Surely they weren't expecting to get them as well.

    BIG BIG BS! Itemised billing is never needed to verify if someone is connected on the same tariff, this is just another way of retailers avioding cashback payments.

    It usually just the front sheet but obviously P2U direct are playing up with their T&Cs. It makes no sense.

    MickKnipfler, What do you mean? Did you cancel your contract and got a refund within the first 7 days or something?

    You need to look back through the thread.

    They sent a phone but no SIM. after 3 months bills, I have now been offered a cancellation and full refund. By the network though not P2UD

    Wow! nice one. Did u get to keep the phone then? or did they take the phone back.

    The guys at P2u haven't bothered to reply to the numerous emails I have sent. Should I just simply go to small claims court or continue sending my cashback claim on time?

    I did the small claims court thing against them, and they still haven't responded !! What do i do now?
  • Right, here's the thing! I too sent in the wrong invoice to P2UD, a month early, and I too got a letter that arrived, purely by chance I'm sure(:mad:)two days after the deadline for the correct month's claim. We can argue about the clarity of T&Cs another day but what I need to get my head round now is this: Does the 40+ day wait between them receiving my claim and informing me that my claim had been rejected give me reasonable grounds for legal action due to their UNreasonable delay in replying?
