Hi All
Confusion reigns re Citi Card
Just got this email from their customer services department....
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, the 1% Platinum card offer is no longer available either
online or by application pack.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.:(
Those who have one, please can you post whether or not you get your cashback.....
Cheers
If it was easy, everyone would do it!0 -
After sitting on my hands since cancelling my Nationwide Cashback card, I'm gonna go for the Life-Finance for a 0.8% deal ( http://www.life-finance.co.uk/creditcards/ ). It seems less convoluted than the Morgan Stanley and I havent seen any threads about not paying up, offering different cards etc.
Hopefully I wont be starting one either
Thanks for all the info*************************

Jacster,
The link to the Citi 1% cashback card online application form that Martin originally provided seems to still work (I saved it in my favourites). See this page;

WARNING!
Hi, the link in the above post is supposed to be closed, while its working Citi has withdrawn new appications, and my great suspicion is apply for this and you'll get another card - so be very careful (i wouldn't apply to be honest)Martin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

Hi All,
Hope this is the right section for this question. I recently set up a Morgan Stanley cashback card (probably not the best offer around but I'm still a newbie at this) anyhow it occured to me that if I could pay my mortgage payements and some other service bills on my carrd I could accrue a lot more cash back. Is paying for things like this on a credit card viewed as a purchase or cash advance?0 -
Hi pin,
how much do you rate the conran card i.e. online banking, ease of use, rewards, any complaints? Fancy this card as its straight forward compared to several others but read that Conran's had bad trading year which may be typical of all retailers!0
