she went on to say that the £5 credit was more than enough to cover loss of service for Broadband.
How much do you pay per month, for the broadband?0 -
When you signed your commercial contract did you check what the compensation would be?
(I hope you weren't using a domestic product for business purposes.2. Using Sky Broadband
(a) Sky Broadband is for private use by you and members of your household only. It must not be used for any commercial or business purpose.
And how do you utilise multiroom television as part of your business, anyway?)0 -

Sky TV, Phone and Broadband
After reading this forum my husband decided to ring Sky and see if we could get any discount as times are tight (as we all know).
He asked to be put through to cancellations but no offer. However, they did give us an offer if we would switch our phone and broadband to them. £55 per month for tv (including the multi room and plus we have and sports), broadband (40 mb) & Phone (inclusive calls & year half price line rental)
It would be a significant saving of around £30-£50 per month so we would be silly to say no. But just wanted to see if anyone else had this package and if there are any pitfalls they are not going to tell us about???
Also, the guy said we could get a better deal on line. Anyone found this to be true??0 -

No, you just cancel your direct debit with your bank - end of.
The account's in your husband's name so the onus is on him to cancel his account with Sky - not you.0 -

Also, when sky contact you for the outstanding amount, then advise them of the situation and forward any contact details on. If they try to argue that it is at your address and you are responsable, advise them of the previous phone calls you made to sky and there refusal to do anything about it. Return any letters, "marked not at this address".if i had known then what i know now0 -
