I tried to send a PM to Kerry but her mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages ! As someone said,she would regret posting her offer of help on here I presume she has been overloaded. But if Kerry is still reading this thread or anyone else out there can help, much appreciated. PM or post no probs. WE managed to get 6 months half-price last year but when this finished - nothing and to make matters worse they then added on the cost of previously free film channels! So now £42 per month. If no deals available going to cancel I think.

Hi all,

Update: I have bee trying for the last couple of days to find offers on packages, Sky+ etc, but all of these have been taken off the system.

This happens regularly when they feel people are abusing them ( as if anyone would do that :-).

They do put them back on again but only maybe one or two at a time.

I will keep checking as I have been like a mad woman trying to find some.

I will give help to anyone who asks and will post as soon as I have something.

Beware if you are trying to get a deal by calling and cancelling your account, as depending on what department you get, they will just go ahead and cancel you down, no offer.

Once the offers are available, please be patient as I have a lot of people to hepl but I will do what I can.

Would appreciate the heads up on any Sky+ offers and I am sure I am not alone.

I should have known, as we get this at work every day.

Im sure you can get HD for cheaper than this. Once it is on the system again I will let you know.

I got HD back in October for £150 - you can stil get it at this price at alot of independant dealers. Go in to comet, as they sometimes have them on offer at 150 (btw HD is amazing - but not reccomended unless you have full sky world package as you wouldnt get alot of hd channels without it)

btw - thanks Kerry for all the work you're doing here - lets hope Sky can actually help existing customers
