Hi Andrew,
I signed up last week and have had nothing so far. It has tracked in Quidco though. I expect everything to be fine and hope to get a letter confimation in the next week or so.
Cheers

wonder if anyone can help. We switched to SP in February 08 and got the Pricefall Online plan. I'm now trying to rack my brain as I seem to remember that the price is capped, but will go down if the rates go down. Is this right or should I be panicking and trying to change my plan?0

I've just been searching threads on here for a similar reason - apparently the Pricefall tariff expires in November 2008, so will be capped until then, but no longer...0

I switched on Friday, tracked in Quidco but no email or confirmation received. Sure it will be fine, as Martin said it will take a couple of months to complete, plus they must be swamped at the moment!“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0 -
Tracked in Totalcashback, also no email from them but took screenprint to be on the safe side.0

Excellent! I will point out that the method is based on Rawy's post on the first page, I simply added the step of calling up the non-fixed tariffs first as I couldn't get it to work before. I think it needs to find a valid tariff to accept the next step.
Just given it a shot too. Nothing ventured.....0 -
Hi everyone :cheesy:
I'm just moving into a new build and I've been told the supplier is scottish power. I've no idea what tarrif I'm on....but can I move to this capped tarrif you guys are talking about?
Thanks :cheesy:0 -
I know that those of us that jumped on the bandwagon yesterday are not officially customers yet, but thought I would try to get their "My Account" page up. I know that their website is taking a lot of hits at the moment, but unless there is a marked improvement in the speed of their "My Account" section then all of us that went for the Online only capped rate will certainly have fun trying to submit meter readings and view bills:rotfl:
Don`t worry i`ve been with SP for almost 2 years and the site is usually great.
It`s only the massive traffic recently which has caused problems.
I`ve just switched to the capped rate and have been having trouble with getting my pages up but at stupid o`clock when everyone`s in bed it`s fine.

It will depend on whether or not it`s still available.
Is your account registered as online or do you not have any details as of yet?
If not sort this out first as it will make switching tarrif very easy.
I`d give them a ring but be prepared for a long wait.
HTH
Enjoy your new home.
