Hi
I was just wondering if anyone knows about ordering an iphone on 3. I would like to use the cashback offer, however when I click through the plans don't always come up. Then when they do, it says you have to order the 16gb on store. Is there anyway round this? Thanks.:)
They were doing the 16gb in-store only when they first started selling it and then it later became available via the website. It may be that they only currently have stock in the stores. Someone has mentioned elsewhere that they have just ordered a 4 with Three and they're going to have to wait until November for it as they are waiting on supplies, possibly with a modification to rectify the "grip of death" issue (but this is just hearsay and not official).
Edit: It's the post above mine - d'oh!If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button

The article says the following in relation to O2 PAYG:
"The benefit buying here rather than direct from Apple (if you want to use O2's network) is you get a year's worth of data and BT Openzone WiFi access included with your O2 Sim."
Is this still correct? If yes, can anyone point me to where the O2 website discusses this? Does Martin mean 3G data or just WiFi data?koru0 -
I've just had an online chat with a T-Mobile sales adviser from their website and was told several times they do not do sim only deals "it is not available here", "It is not available with T-Mobile" & "We do not deal in MicroSim"
If it is available it sounds too good to miss, but they don't want to admit it is available! How did you get the deal?0 -
Hi all. Just to let you know that I managed to get a kind of unbeatable deal yesterday from T-Mobile. I have got an Iphone4 bought directly from Apple online. I was looking for the best micro-SIM only deal and T-Mobile offered me for a 12 months contract 600 UK minutes, 500 texts, Unlimited Internet (3GB , not the 500 MB of Orange or O2...) and a flexible booster (60 International minutes) and all of that for only £10 a month. I don’t know why they gave me such a deal. Much better than Tesco, 3, GiifGaff, etc.... I was tired with the very poor and unfriendly customer service from Orange and I don’t know if CS from T-Mobile will be better but in term of SIM-only deal for Iphone they are definitely far better.

To Jontyv,
I just called Tmobile (don't remember the number right now, a 0800) , nothing is available on their website. I saw on their forum that someone had a similar deal for 15£ a month.0 -

For 2 business users.
2 X iphone 4 32 gb
On £ 30 + vat each pm.

Igb data Phone cost £ 120
or
2 X iphone 4 32 gb
On £ 40 + vat each pm.
unlimited mins.
unlimited text
Igb data
Phone cost £ 20
Is this a good deal?
I haven't really pushed them yet.
Can I expect anymore? Our contract is until January 2011 so we don't have much leverage unless we wait until then.
Insurance only covers faults to phones. and is inc.
Is it worth getting extra ins. and at what cost?
as we pay about £48 plus vat at present with no text or data I'm thinking the £30 pm deal is only a bit more and with the texts and data so worth going for.
Any thoughts.?
I knowthere are other good deals out there but would be happy staying with orange than changing to tescos or someone else and all the hassle involved.
Update: Not quite the deal I thought.
The £ 120 was for a iphone4 16gb not 32GB.
It ended up costing £ 219 inc. vat.
ended up going for the 32b with 600 mins unlimited texts and 750MB data at the £ 30 per month tariff less 5% loyalty discount on tariff.
Its arrived and I love it. So pleased to see the back of my LG renoir and in the end only costing a little more pm for lots more.:j0 -
Hi There
The deal i have been offered by Vodafone is:
600 min.
unlim texts.
500mb mobile internet.
1gig wifi hotspots.
100 picture messages.

All of the above for £35 for 24months or £40 for 18months. They want £119 for the phone.
