So its the wrong colour and more importantly its only a 3G and not a 3GS. The 3G is outdated and when Apple launch the next generation in the summer will be 2 generations old. How long is the contact your in ?0 -

I would ring them back and say you were told you were getting a 3gs, not a 3g.:exclamatiTo the internet.. I need to complain about something!0 -
I'm currently in dispute with o2 for exactly the same issue. Posted here about 12 days ago saying how hugely pleased I am with the deal I was offered for a 16gb 3gs, and gave top feedback to o2 after-sales questionnaire. Realised last Friday, one week after getting phone, that it was a 3g and not 3gs. o2 being very difficult about replacing it even though it is their mistake. Having said that, I have just spoken with a very pleasant and helpful retentions lady called Jody who seems prepared to sort it out for me; I will post the outcome! Do beware of the 3g/3gs swap though, the 3gs is a much better phone.0

At least I believe they are new. I just got a 16GB 3GS for £320 and a 12 month £20 a month deal with 250 mins and unlimited text and data0

Can anyone tell me more about the "unlimited data/internet". Does it include USA for instance?0

you can buy 10mb bolt on for £20 foreign use, that should be more than enough to cover satnav usage. Otherwise its £6 per MB so will cost a fortune.
