NUS EXTRA rip off

I have the normal nus card and have for three years now and never had a problem using it, i won't pay for the extra card don't think its worth it and now i have a ucas card as im going to uni next year and i can use that in some stores like superdrug. I have used my nus card at cineworld, dp, mc donalds, hmv, topshop.

Im in my gap year before i start my masters degree but i am going to purchase another card, best discount is the Nando's discount - where you buy a meal and you get one free - (only at partciapting nando's) - i must have saved about £100 each year at uni), i also used hmv before they switched to theier own card, many bars will only accept nus extra, so it is worth it, besides whats £10 for a year of discounts??????

I'm studying with OU and purchased an NUS Extra card in November - I've easily saved over £10 at Matalan alone, and they dont accept the ordinary student card, it has to be the extra one (I heard someone at the next to me turned down with it).
I've also saved at New Look and Superdrug, and Ive still only had it 2months.
Its been a good buy for me.:money:
