Has anyone had any luck claiming back funds if they paid by maestro? I'm not giving up with my bank, other banks offer 'chargeback' and this is a service maestro lack.... If I don't get results I will be banking elsewhere.
Can't see that tomorrows meeting can uncover any chance of getting money back. Not with that sort of debt. Their assets don't total much..... They had that worked out well. The best justice we can get is that fraud is proven and he gets banged up.!
Can't forget this is the second time he has owned a company that went into liquidation.... There are no mistakes or regrets here... they know exactly what they are doing. The house he lives in is worth 1.25 million proves that..... If only that could be taken into account with the assets. !0 -

Hi Tim, can't find it now as about to do school run, but if you look back through this thread you will see that someone was able to obtain his home address and then through one of those Houseprice spy websites saw that he paid something like £1,175,000 for it.
As a Ltd company he is well aware that his home cannot be touched.0 -
