  • Has anyone had any luck claiming back funds if they paid by maestro? I'm not giving up with my bank, other banks offer 'chargeback' and this is a service maestro lack.... If I don't get results I will be banking elsewhere.

Can't see that tomorrows meeting can uncover any chance of getting money back. Not with that sort of debt. Their assets don't total much..... They had that worked out well. The best justice we can get is that fraud is proven and he gets banged up.!
Can't forget this is the second time he has owned a company that went into liquidation.... There are no mistakes or regrets here... they know exactly what they are doing. The house he lives in is worth 1.25 million proves that..... If only that could be taken into account with the assets. !

Hi Tim, can't find it now as about to do school run, but if you look back through this thread you will see that someone was able to obtain his home address and then through one of those Houseprice spy websites saw that he paid something like £1,175,000 for it.
As a Ltd company he is well aware that his home cannot be touched.
  • Thanks dolly- rocket....Tim there is your answer.

No I bank with HSBC and I paid with maestro card and they definately won't do chargeback - however I am going down the fraud line since they took my money without any intention to supply and I have evidence from the manufacturer that FD had never ordered my goods.

somebody give me his address i am going down to meet this c**t. and his full name. He ripped of the wrong kind of people here.

and yes i bank with HSBC also, i am also reporting fraud and building a similar case to yourself, but i cannot find supplier details, but have sent details of all communications to the bank. But this is a definate fruad, and the fact he has done this before should ring bells, it now depends of Keith from trading standards to prove fraud and involve the police. second time he is doing this with a 1.25 million value of a house..wow!! what a thief, any details would be nice.

    thanks
  • hatton....i also paid with maestro and am with HSBC and they are saying i wont get my money back slet me know how you get on with them, fingers crossed.

Yes if you can report to HSBC for fraud, the more people reporting this the better response we should have. I have reported fraud to HSBC but they said I needed evidence which I have posted to them from FD supplier, who have no record of them ordering goods since my order was placed with FD.
Hope you go to his house and sort him out - because somebody certainly needs to, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this kind of theft. He's a thieving b****rd.

I will let you know. At this stage I have provided all my evidence to the bank and they will apparently refund and then fight the case and get FD response, so nothing is definate yet, but I will certainly give it my all to try and get my hard earned cash back. I really hate these low life thieves who have stolen my money and everyone elses. Can you not find out who supplied your goods and then you will have proof from the supplier and then you can give the bank the evidence?
  • yes thats right, if youre watching this thread you cheeky little b.....d then dont go thinking you will get away with what you have done one way or another you will suffer and i hope that one day you will truly be riddled with debt and no money and you will know exactly how it feels to be robbed of all your money.....it will surely come back on you one day for stealing from me and from everyone...
TRADING STANDARDS....Im sorry but if these crooks dont get punished for this then i lose all faith in everything that trading standards stands for there is no point in this organisation if it cant deal with fraudsters who have so blatantly and obviously conned us all.
