Yes I received this letter. Not sure I completely understand it. The section 9.2 - 'Based on my findings, I am taking legal action against the director of the company'. - What exactly does this mean?
Is there any hope for those of us that didn't pay on credit card and lost out!
It is a bit disappointing people have given up on this.
