Like Mohamad I am going to fight and will not be beaten neither will I ever give up. I still believe that the police are investigating our case, because they cannot tell me one thing that it is a criminal case and then turn around and say its not. I haven't heard from the police so no news is good news, but like I said I go on the forum several times a day and will not give up, I am prepared to do what ever it takes which is what we all need to do, DO NOT GIVE UP keep up the fight.

Just had a message on my answer phone from the police to say that they are no longer investigating due to the company gone into liquidation. I haven't had chance to ring the police back yet, am not happy at all.

I think you will find that you will be directed to Trading Standards as I was on Monday.

I have also received another call from the police and told they will not investigate, this is down to PKF and i must contact PKF. What !!!!!!!! the police is, why do we even pay tax, to be let down when we need such help.

but i will not give up the fight, we should all now email pkf demanding a full investigation and our money back. this seems like its all to easy to get away with. i work in the job centre and its funny how people are investigated for benefit fraud of a few hundred, but when you fraudlently take a million its ok. what a joke!!

Get the impression 4 of us ain't going to make a difference ... got any ideas?? Anyone got any other feedback from police other than what I posted on Monday? May help if I know.

Sorry that you're having a hard time Dolly-Rocket.

I'm still around and haven't given up. Not sure what to do next, though. I don't hold out much hope that PKF will give us the justice we need. Has anyone heard anything from Trading Standards? I thought they were going to investigate, but have heard nothing more.

guys I have also had the police ringing menup telling me that they will not be investigating and that PKF will be undertaking the investigation.....as far as I am concerned PKF wont bring these crimials to justice...think about it, they must knoow that they are dealing with fraudsters, yet they havent reported their suspicions to any of the relevant authorities. PKF cant be so thick as to not to realise that this business was a fraud, and they have liquidated businesses for them in the past .Therefore PKF have always known that this is a fraud but I guarantee you nthing will be done about it from their end

In that case contact your MP to complain that the police aren't investigating a serious fraud.

If you all contact your local MP's then you should get a few MP's on your side, instead of just one if you contacted the Leicester MP.

sorry to hear that dolly, hope all is well.

I will email my MP once more and ask him to contact the police as they haent done enough t satisfy me or any of us on here.

i have heard nothing from any of the organisations contacted, but am still fighting. maybe another email to my MP will help.
