I refer to my previous email dated 2 October 2009 (below). At present there are insufficient funds to make a distribution to the unsecured creditors.
The Liquidators' are and will continue to investigate into the Company affairs. Should there be sufficient evidence of wrongful or fraudulent trading , preference, transactions at undervalue, misfeasance etc the Liquidator may be in a position to take further action, subject to legal advice. This is a lengthy process and potentially may lead to no recoveries.
Should there be any recoveries, these will be distributed to all the unsecured creditors equally. Payment to you as a unsecured creditor would be dependent on the level of recoveries.
You have submitted your proof of debt and also advised of your circumstance which we will take into consideration.
At the present time there is no money available to you and there is no guarantee that you will (as stated in your email) be repaid any proportion of the money you have paid towards the goods.
I would again strongly recommend that you take you own legal advice for clarification and should you wish to pursue the Company or director to recover you money.
Kind regards

Know not necessarily in the same league but, take a look at this .... a touch of Deja Vu???
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/8310433.stm
BBC exposes truth behind £11m gem
Describing the scale of indebtedness and number of creditors as "extraordinary", debt recovery solicitor Darren Davoile explained how there was a "black hole" in the system which allowed businessman with multiple business failures to carry on trading.
"Until there are restrictions on the amount of directorships you might be able to give… it is going to continue to happen for the near future."
Having read the article, makes you wonder how we go about getting the law on our side?? Creditors in this case amounting to 80, ours nearer 1800!! How about it Mohammed Akib?
Tim Deegan, your response also welcome.0 -

Hi Guys,
Today I was refunded the £420 I spent. Such a relief. Have just bought the same beds elsewhere and they are being delivered tomorrow.
Not deserting any of you though, so if you need my help, please holler. I have made a complaint to PKF and Trading Standards.0 -
Hi all,
I'm still here, but having submitted all I can to PKF, and not having had any more communication from them, there is not realy anything much to say to you all except that I hope you get back what is rightly yours and these bandits get what they deserve.0 -

Are there any other victims still following this saga and did you receive a "very interesting" letter today? Would be good to know if someone plans to attend.0
