Just to clarify, I cancelled my contract on the one minute billing thing, not the itemised billing, but it is still of detriment to you so I don't see why you still wouldn't be able to cancel.
I just mucked it up again, i thought you cancelled due to £1 itemised billing. They lady first started off by saying about the call charges change and i said it was not about that it was about the £1 itemised billing charge.
Should i send another email again and let them call me????
Where did you get the T&C from???0 -

T&C's are on their website. If they've acknowledged the call charge changes then fire off another email stating you want to cancel due to that. They won't cancel the contract until the 22nd September anyway so you still have plenty of time to sort it within the 30 days.0 -
another email sent to three and this time i am ready as i have printed off what to say and the T&C's
MoscowFlyer how long was you conversation with them until they said the contract will end without incurring any charges????0 -

About five minutes, the person I spoke to never disputed the fact I could cancel my contract, just kept telling me it wouldn't affect me. I kept telling him I just wanted to cancel and he said fine, he'd sort it. They'll spend a while trying to convince you otherwise because they simply don't want you to leave.0 -
Hello,
Where is this information about call charge changes? What are they planning to do? I haven't been notified about this - does it affect everyone as I go over my minutes all the time!0 -

Can you help me and others by letting us know how you got out of your contract?, i.e. what criteria were claiming was detrimental to you?, what cointract were you on?, when did your contract commence, what T&c, etc etc

I haven't even had a letter from them about the £1 itemised billing charges, does that mean I can't cancel or shall I write in anyway?

Well they've got to notify everyone, so just hold tight and wait for your letterif you still haven't recieved it in a few days, give them a ring and pretend you've recieved it anyway. i still haven't had mine yet, either.

I got the letter too
i'm bloomin annoyed as i really need a paper bill , i understand why three are doing it , but no consideration has been given to people who actually NEED a paper bill , other than paying £1 pm for it .
ok rounding up to the nearest minute is really annoying also"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page."
happy travels !!
