Thank you! Did it take them long to contact you?0

Will it be possible to get out of the contract with just the Itemised Billing charge?
My contact is already charged by the minute, so that won't apply to me but the Itemised Billing charge should.
Also will I be able to get an unlock code from 3 for my Nokia 6120 classic. I know there is a £15 fee but I don't mind this. I got the phone through e2save if that makes any difference, plus I have had a problem before with 3 saying my phone is registered to another customer (its a referbished phone) but e2save say thats a load of rubbish and to ignore them. I don't know if this is going to cause problems again with getting an unlock code from them.0 -

One thing I have noticed in the terms and conditions is:4.1 b You can end the agreement for such variations as explained in section 10. Subject to the above you will not be able to end the agreement if such variation or increase:
i) is due to changes in the law, govenment regulation or licence which affect us; or
ii) relates solely to Additional Services; or
iii) relates solely to Add-on(s) (if applicable to you)
In such circumstances you will not be able to end your agreement but you will be able to cancel the Add-on(s) by giving 30 days written notice.
Will they consider Itemised Billing as "Additional Services" or "Add-on(s)".0 -
I would think it's classed as an additional service after October but at present it's part of all the tariffs and therefore it's not additional, it's as standard. Could be wrong though!0

£1 itemised billing charge
I got a phone call from three customer service and she said that the terms and conditions have not been breached, i argued with her for 10 mins and she spoke to her manager and he said no, if cancel i will have to pay the reminder of the contract.
I read out the letter but she would not budge, so i will foward the letter to the director of 3 Allan McLuckie.:mad:0 -

Yes, along with a copy of the relevant T&C's, which I highlighted.
Just to clarify, I cancelled my contract on the one minute billing thing, not the itemised billing, but it is still of detriment to you so I don't see why you still wouldn't be able to cancel.0
