I emailed ken russell, but my reply came from the exec office, they are all probably desperate to escape having to deal with this.0

i just rang them, it took 40 mins but all worked out in the end, 30 days notice all done. you ust have to get through to cancellations and drill it into them that you are not thick and have the right to cancel0

i spent an hour and a hlaf on the phone with them last night trying to get out of this. I spoke with a customer service supervisor and a customer service manager.
Even though I took out the contract in Nov 07, I have been charged per second billing for the last 10 months. I pointed out to them that the changes to the billing put me at a huge disadvantage. Even after an hour and a half and me pointing out that i have the right to cancel over and over again they wouldn't do it.
any ideas?0 -
Thanks to everyone here.
I sent an email to the exec office on Monday and got a call off a really nice guy yesterday, more than helpful.
I got a Nokia 95 and my monthly line rental reduced to keep me with 3, seems fair enough.
Very straight forward, no arguments and I could have cancelled if I wanted to.
I was on a monthly plan and only did an upgrade a couple of months ago.
Thanks to everyone involved, once again MSE to the rescue
MartinBeen there, done that, now I want to do it cheaper!!0 -
HHM . Well at the momenbt I am with 3 although my cotract is due to expire soon anyway. I had a really good deal with 3 last time and they credit my account with £530 if I had a 18 month contract for 18 months which meant that I only had to pay £10 for 18months contract
. Can't believe it really. Now not sure whether to cancel and see what opffer they give or to wait until my contract expire in October. I get 600 minutes with my contract so I shouldn't need to worry about using too many minutes. Have to say I love three but maybe that is because I have paid less than a £1 a month for it.

Ask them to send you a copy of the price plan that was in place when you took the contract out, NOT the one that's on their website now which states August 2008.0 -
I was told that all networks charge for the first full minute and three are the last to do this? does anybody know any different?0
