emailed for my hubby today and he has had a call to say that they will cancel his contract. They are meant to be ringing back again today to see if there is something that they can offer instead, he really wants a n95, lets see what they offer and how much........otherwise it will be bye bye 3
well 3 are doing this n95 offer in the paper, gives you something to aim at0 -
I'm on Mix and Match 300 and have now recieved a confirmation from the Exec office stating I will be contacted within 5 working days to discuss the results
Can everyone clearly state the tariff they cancelled0 -

What tariff are you on? I upgraded in November 2007 and still cancelled, I was on the Direct Text 1400 tariff.0 -
i was on 600 txts 75mins, i upgraded in july this year to vtt 500, and ever since then have had no end of problems with them.
Ive emailed the exec office but if they are going to take 5 working days to respond i may just send a recorded letter aswell,

I had 2 contracts with three - I think it was called the talk 900 tarrif - they cancelled this one fine straight away
I also have the text 1400 tarrif which was upgraded in June - they have said no to this one. Im going to email a complaint and keep my fingers crossed
I received 2 letters 1 for each contract telling me about the changes0 -
