grrr there not budging with me and its a totally annoying situation...
I am trying to cancel on the 1 min billing and they are saying that i had agreed to this as i have upgraded my contract after october 2007 ...WT HELL are they on about!!!

I have just recieved the letter saying they are changing my terms - I was on the 75min 600 text tarriff which was due to expire in september - BUT i upgraded in May to a new tarriff of 150mins 700texts 25video mins £5 dowloads for a discounted £18 per month - the contract although running from may runs for 18months starting in sept - Now because i have just got this letter does it mean that I can now cancel my new contract? and how do i go about it?0

ooops just made some poor girl at the call centre cry !!
I received an email back from them stating that i would be charged for the remaining term, so called this morning and she really didnt have a clue what she was saying, eventually after 8 mins of me repeating myself I told her I could spend all day arguing with her but could she just get a manager to call me back instead, so frustrating ,

I took out my contract in January 2008, Has anyone on a mix and match tariff cancelled? I think they already have "up to a minute" Billing on this tariff?
No-one has managed to get out based solely on itemised billing, the one they are using is the per minute billing, but M&M tariffs are already on per min billing so you don't really have much chance. Its a case of trying and seeing how far you can get, you may be lucky.0 -
Just managed to cancel my contract with ease over the phone, dialed 333, explained my situation and was put straight through to the cancellation department. Here they tried telling me that as I took out my contract BEFORE October 2007 I would be eligible for an early termination charge, basically told them this was rubbish and quoted their own T&C's to them, after a little while of trying to get me to stay he said I could cancel with no charge and is sending out my PAC code to me immediately!

My husband has just finished his contract, but still got the letter through, but I still haven't had one. His dates the change as starting 23rd Sept, do they all say this date or is there a later date for different people?
I renewed in April, but kept old contract, so not on M&M, so assume I'll get both contract changes.
I suppose I have to wait for my letter to come?0 -
I renewed in April to M&M300. Can I cancel on grounds of that I wasn't made aware of the changes? I tried but failed. Can someone call them for me. There's a fiver in it for em0
