I accepted a final offer of:
50mb BB
M TV
M Phone
£21.99 p/m with two months free
Research the rival deals and cashback options and you'll get offered a better deal.
Is that inc line rental? Thats a pretty decent deal. Im aiming for similar as i have M+ TV with Tivo, M phone and 30mb BB. I pay £37 a month for this. Do you think i would get a discount?

How did you get another offer?0 -
We disconnected but then they rang; offered me £16.50 for phone with weekend calls and internet 50mb, with no TV....good to cut bills.
Advice: confirm you are leaving, hope they ring you, if not, shift over...take the leap of faith...0 -

Very good deal. Hoping for similar when I call retentions .0 -
Rang retentions and all they could offer me was a £1 off per month and £20 credit. Guess I"ll have to give my 30 days notice next month.0

Last year, I managed to get TV M, Phone M & 30MB BB for £22pm (£17pm service charge + technically £5pm line rental because we paid the £120 line rental saver but received a £60 credit in return). The line rental saver ended earlier this year, so we're now paying £29pm (£17pm + £12pm via renewed line rental saver).
Earlier this year, there was an offer on the VM website for 152MB BB for 99p extra a month but I held out hoping that we'd get it for free via retentions. I'm not too hopeful about this now.0 -
I assume line rental and service charge was included. Sometimes some of the deals I see here seem to good to be real.
Hoping I get a call back with a decent deal.0 -
