Virgin Media Retention thread

Hi,

I've been with Virgin Media for 11 years and have watched the bill creep up and up for the basic package. I'm now paying just over £42 for BB Fibre 20, M TV and M phone. I don't have a Tivo box.

I'm interested to see what other people are paying for the same package, and whether anyone's had luck getting a discount.

Thanks - I was hoping it might, and did have a look before posting, but so far I haven't been able to find anyone who has the same (very basic) package. I can see people who've either got a bigger package, or only two of bb/phone/TV.

I can see that some people have succeeded in getting discounts, but I'm keen to get an idea of what I can realistically aim for in terms of a discount off my 20MB/M/M package.

I'll keep going back through the thread.
