Hi
Quick question
when you follow the contact centre menu to 'do you want to leave?'
is that disconnections (customer retention), or is there another department (customer retentions) with more flexability. Reason being, threated disconnection, was given a much better offer, but also told "I can disconnect you if you wish"0 -

If you select you want to leave this takes you to the customer retentions department (disconnections, these are the ones who give you the better offers) it's if you don't go through the menu to leave and just chat to the usual team the offers aren't very good. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -

Sounds good, guarantee that I won't get one...
Is there a code on the letter you have top quote or a special number to ring?0 -

It's part of their "12 days of Christmas" offers for existing customers.
