Daughter in student house rang to continue her bb at £10 a month last month after the 6 month half price ended. Bill has arrived full price, they just continue to do this plus she had opted for email billing not postal as shes in student accom and they sent this bill by post.
    Thanx

Has anyone got a good deal on their broadband, for some reason I can't get a good deal of them

Previousely I paid £22 p/m for 10MB BB and 3-2-1 Phone, they said they can't match that deal again!

    :(
  • Currently paying £37 for BB XL (20mb, previously 10mb) and Phone XL inc caller display on lifetime deal. could have got it for about £33 but had to keep phoning every 3 months and couldnt be ar*ed!

After my initial 3 month discount came to an end last month I phoned up and without much wrangling was given the following package for life:

    Broadband M, Telephone M, TV L For £24
Plus Talk Anywhere 200 for £9 (should be £20)

I phoned up last night to complain about TV on demand being switched off as apparently the free trial period has come to an end and, after sticking my heels in, I got a free upgrade to TV XL , including TV on demand, for life. :D

You're not being overcharged, you're just paying standard prices.
You may get a discount with a Retention deal.

What services do you want ??

Have you looked at Special Offers on Virgin Media website eg. 4 for £40 ??

Do you want to keep Sky or will Virgin TV -XL, L or M(free) do ??
    Do you need 4Mb (BB-L) or willl 2Mb (BB-M) do ??
Do you have Phone -XL, L or M ??

Maybe phone Virgin Retentions, see what deals they'll offer.
