I keep getting told every month or so they are behind with system changes been going since may ! They have acknowledged receipt of the claim forms though.
Keep being told to wait...0 -
I got one recently (on old system) in less than a week. Today I got one that was sent to them on 27 September - unfortunately it is for 66.66 rather than 70 quid - wierd or what (I also think I never got the £10 online order bonus for this one)I think....0

michaels, i didn't get the £10 online bonus either, although I must admit I didn't bother to chasing them for it.
If I remember correctly, didn't you go for the K750i offer in May? That was the offer I went for, you should have got £70, where on earth did the £66.66 figure come from!! Bizarre.
Guess it's too much to expect them to get everthing right!!Sexkitten
Good things come to those who wait......... but the best will be taken by those who got there first

I sent off my second cashback claim just in time via recorded delivery. A couple of weeks later I received a letter from them saying my claim was refused as I'd sent it in too late.
I sent them a letter enclosing a copy of the recorded delivery slip, printout of royal mail website showing date delivered, and copies of claim form and bills. The letter gave them 14 days to send me the cheque or I'd take court action. Received no reply so sued them via moneyclaim online (really easy process). Cost £30 by credit card which is added to the claim. In a week or so I received (via special delivery) a cheque for the full amount (cashback + £30 court fee) and an apologetic letter.
My advice is to send everything recorded delivery and keep copies. Don't bother phoning if you don't receive it, just send a final "letter before action" giving 14 days, via recorded delivery, then sue them if nothing happens. PM me if you want further details.0 -
finally got my cheque. took 9 weeks, i'll be claiming again soon !0

This company is a nightmare!
Have been trying since March to get a measly £20 introduce a friend. Time spent is well in excess of value but its a matter of principal now. Promised repeatedly by earnest voices but has it arrived- has it !!!!!!!You know what... you can't beat a good bargain!!!0 -
OSPS....just one word to describe them. They have been a NIGHTMARE from the word go. They will do anything to fob you off. As for customer service, well thats definately non-existant.0

Got a first cheque for my 2nd phone last week for £110. I haven't had any problems so far with them, got 3 cashback cheques from them to date. I feel for those who are having problems.0

It came from CPW rather than OSPS. I suppose I can email Charles Dunstone if I don't get satisfaction in the end. His office sorted out a problem for me a couple of years ago and I got an in-store £15 voucher by way of compensation.0 -
I have two accounts and submitted two claims in one letter. They paid out one but refused to pay the other claiming it never arrived. I have lksot patience with their bull!!!! (same excuses as all the postings above) and have submmitted a small claims court claim about two weeks. They have 7 more days to respond. If they do not I will file a claim for default judgement which I think means I win without any further actions. Then I just need to enforce that against them!0
