Just call their CS... Mine was due in month 1 noticed I'd not got it in month 4 called them, it arrived in a week.Seth.0 -
Does anyone have a link to the MCOL/LBA primer that mobilejunkie wrote.OSPS have said that the number on the bill does not tally with the number they sold me, I ported as part of the purchase. They asked for bill 1, which I sent, but this had the new number not the original.
They say they cannot track the ported number to the original one, but they can as I give the ported number and original in all correspondence and when I call CS they get the correct account even when I provide just the ported number.
I have legal cover with my house insurance. Has anyone used this for breach of contract proceedings? I just thought I'd get the legal team from the house insurance to chase it for meSeth.0 -
1) http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=558661 (I think it's on page 3 - but not a template.
2) I have. It's slow but has advantages. Not sure I'd use legal expenses cover again - quicker to sue yourself and you get the costs back anyway.0 -
Imagine my surprise the other day when OSPS sent me too much money as part of my cashback.
I'm on a 11 months cashback on a 12 month contract I took out about six months ago. They never sent the supposed automatic cheque for £136 I was meant to receive after two months of connection. I included a covering letter complaining about it with my first claim.
I received the cheque from Carphone Warehouse for £136 and another from OSPS for £62.25 within five days of my claim. Then the surprise came a week later when a third cheque arrived from E2Save for £62.25. I'm not due to receive any further refunds until months 8, 10 and 12.
So should I cash the third cheque? Or maybe contact OSPS and inform them of their mistake?0 -

Well I despatched the claim on a Friday at 6pm at my local sorting office and received the two cheques the following Friday in the mail. Discounting the weekend that is a fast turnaround. The third cheque came about seven days later.0
