Indeed MJ, I sit corrected. My new contracts are also 6th month/1st claim. Just had 3x chequeback from OSPS - 2x final ones of contract. They do payout as long as you observe T&C to the letter and are prepared to be forceful if you know you're in the right and have the relevant details to support your position, should they try to deny a claim.

Overall I'd say the experience has been a reasonable one and saved me £760 p/y so worth the time and hassle faffing about with royal mail, copying bills etc......

I've mentioned this to a few of my friends, but their general consensus is that they'd always miss the claim dates, can't be bothered with the admin and are generally happy to pay £35 p/m - seems crazy to me; £760 is a lot of fun vouchers saved.
I do hope you're telling the truth?

I agree. However, we at least know what we're doing - most haven't a clue (still judging by recent posts on some of these threads). Of course, if they did it would be the worse for the likes of thee and me. My friends and family rely on me to get theirs right - they generally now have several of these deals each - and I do. Still find it odd anyone's willing to actually pay for a phone or airtime though. On the other hand, I do advise people not to do these deals unless they really know what they're doing so I suppose that's a bit hypocritical. What - moi??

Does anyone have any recent experience with the autocashback from OSPS? Any problems with them paying out

My perspective really - my only niggle is that I have to 'bounce' by number - which i've now had for 10years - to a paygo sim for a week or two if I want to take advantage of the cashback deals with the same network provider. It always seems silly to me that they don't offer me the equivalent cashback deal when I'm giving notice.

And why have all the generous Orange cashbacks dried up?
I do hope you're telling the truth?

Probably because the great crusade put pressure on the networks to ban cashback deals and that (in turn) led to them pulling the plug - which in turn was the last straw for some of the dealers who subsequently went bust. Orange now ultruistically ditch dealers who pay more cashback than they get in commission (at least, in theory). Well done the fanatics! Fortunately, there are better networks...!

You need to go down the LBA and MCOL route.

Your only minor mistake (which doesn't affect the validity of your claim), appears to have bee sending both first and second bills, when only the second was required.

How/what should I answer when they say I was too early when sending the the form ?

You were within the permitted "window".

It is their interpretation of what "you have 30 days from this date to submit your claim" that is in question.

You did submit within the stated time allowed.
