its you again mobilejunkie.
I wonder if OSPS and e2save cashback form works differently in terms of the completion of the cashback form.
It is because a friend of mine, on e2save had got his first cheque and i asked him about what i should fill for my cashback claimed section and he told me to put in 10 Months Free because I am on a 10 Months Free contract.
I am left with a dilemma here. Should I fill in 10 Months Free contract or 1 £90 Month 4 ???0 -
They are now the SAME company. I always put the latter - and so do the people I look after. However, the other version is relatively new advice on the website. As I said somewhere else earlier, copy what they say and use it if they don't pay if you go that route. However, it is not in the t&c (how to fill the form in) so I doubt if even cpw would be stupid enough to decline a claim (and thereby all future claims) because of which version was put on the form. My version is historical, so it's complicated to explain on here - but it works!0

I have just recieved a letter from onestopphoneshop informing me that i sent my claim too late to recieve any cashback. This was my first claim for this contract which means i lose everything. I have electronic proof on the royal mail website that it was delivered to them on the 15th February and my first claim period was 18th Jan-17th Feb. Surely this means I should get my money?0

If you are happy that you complied with the cashback T&Cs then I suggest you LBA---->MCOL0 -
People who have to ask such questions really shouldn't be signing up to cashback deals.0

errr dont judge me! I have had 4 cashback contracts out in the past and not had a problem with any of them. I was just wondering what i could do about it besides being put on hold for.... 20 minutes now!0

What do LBA and MCOL stand for.0

People who had lots of successful deals before should really keep up to date or watch out! It is not the best part of a year since things CHANGED!!!0

This company is a nightmare i got my cashback in the end but they make all the excuses in the world, when i sent mine it was too early.
What i done in the end was just kept on phoning the sales line which was free 0800 049 6216, they will tell you they cant help but just ask to speak to a manager.
sometimes i was phoning for a full hour, remember though its costing them not you, and what i did was kindly remind them that, its somthing like 10 pence a minute, but you also hold up one of their sales people.
they will try and give you a 0845 number, but just tell them you tried calling that and you couldnt get through.
They will leave you on hold, but there was no way i was going to give in, just remember not to swear.
They will tell you its the sales line but just explain that was the number you called when you bought the phone and that you want to speak to the manager.
I done this about 3 times at an hour at time just calling back over and over again, in the end the manager came on and i had my cheque sent out the next day.
Hope this helps some of you out, my other 2 payments came so i must have done something right.
hope this helps some of you get your cashback.
