If you need a calculator you shouldn't be doing a cashback deal!0

Ok I have 3x cashback claims I need to send in the next day or two. One a pricematch claim which are always sent via SD the rest via 1st class recorded.
The cashback address on the vouchers for OSPS is the PO Box 337 Crewe one. I know that the address on the website for cashback has now changed to Loughborough. My last claims were sent to Crewe and then re-directed.
My intention is to send to the Crewe address as this is the one printed in the terms & conditions & my claim vouchers. My anniversery date is the 20th of the month, bills are dated on the 22nd so even allowing for a postal re-direct there should be plenty of time within the 30day window. I've attemped emailing the cashback team but no reply has been received.
Is there a definitive position re the claim address? TIAI do hope you're telling the truth?0 -
Already given many times. Send to the original address.0

Thanks mobilejunkie, hope this didn't cause you to pull out more hair in general frustration at repeat qs.
Notice that OSPS have pulled their more generous cashback offers over the last few days. Does this tend to be cyclical? I'm looking for about 400mins & 200txts, the last offer was for £2.99 for 11 months on a 12 month contract with a nokia. Since ordering my PACs this has now been pulled, grrrr.I do hope you're telling the truth?0 -
Traditionallly, yes. However, things have changed a great deal in the last 12 months. If they can get away with worse deals they probably will - and at present there's not a lot of options for people. I always grab a deal every time a good enough one comes on - I never need the contracts. However, unless you really know what you're doing it's now a dangerous game!0

I have posted my first and second bill to OSPS on the 12th of March along with the required form (recorded delivery). Date of connection is 5th of February.
OSPS is claiming now that I missed the first cashback claim cuz I sent it too early. They say I was supposed to send it between the 5th of April and 4th of May. Do I have a case here ? Are they right ?0 -
There are many different sets of ts + cs.
Post up the conditions they say you have breached for us to have a look at.0 -
I know of NO t&c here which would remotely require a claim using the first and/or second bills just 3 months from connection. I suspect the the poster has no understanding whatever of what he/she is doing and blindly followed incorrect dates given on their on-line account. Unless they READ ALL THE THREADS THOROUGHLY and get a grasp of how it all works they will lose all their money. Of course, the right to claim in the future cannot be denied for an EARLY claim under ANY of their t&c - but this has been tried on before and ALL THE RELEVANT HELP IS WELL DOCUMENT ON ALL THE THREADS ON OSPS AND E2SAVE - if they really want to prevent disaster they must look them up and spend a few hours studying them!0

Difficult to know without knowing your specific cashback deal. Generally 1st cashback is the 4th month anniversary as MJ states.I do hope you're telling the truth?0
