I rang OSPS up a couple of days ago about the missing Welcome pack and Claim vouchers that didn't come with the phone. The customer service advisor said that it was avaiable from the site. I certainly can't find it. Even the FAQ suggests to contact them for it.

Also at the bottom of the Your Offer Explained note that wasn't left out with the phone delivery it states "Important: To claim discounted Line Rental back by cheque you must use the "Cheque Back Vouchers" in our "Cheque Back Offers" leaflet.

Going to give them a ring tomorrow for them vouchers! Remember there's a 14 day deadline to request it.

how many days after the raised date on the cashback calculator did it arrive please?

Mine arrived today so that's 24 calendar days after the cashback calculator cheque date.

They seem to have changed mine slightly as instead of 3 x £90 as per the original offer they have sent me a chq for £21 and a further chq for £83.

Can't grumble so far, not had to phone them once.

I just spoke to the CSA today as I hadn't received the missing vouchers. According to the CSA they have stopped using vouchers from the 1st February. She said all I had to do is send in relevant bill with account details on it to claim. She said the address is available on the web site.

They really haven't bothered to make sure their new customers got the welcome pack and new information on how to claim.

  • Hi, Jabi29,

I bought a mobile from OSPS in Feb, got 1st-3rd claim form, but didn't get 4th one. I called them today and was told by a CSA it's no longer needed. However, it's still in their T&C. I heard that u've sent them a pdf copy and a covering letter later succeeded to get the cheque. Could u send me a copy of the coving letter and, if availabe, pdf copy of 4th claim voucher. Thanks a lot!!!
  • Hi,

Got a quick reply from OSPS's CSA via email:

We are pleased to tell you that from the 1st February our cash back procedure changed. All you need to do now is to send a copy your most recent invoice to us showing the following details.

    Your name and current address
The mobile number of the phone that you are claiming cashback for
The tariff package that the phone is connected to
    Your account balance
You also a 45 day period in which to claim your cash back from us instead of 30 days. We have extended our claim period to allow maximum opportunity to claim.

Our company has made a decision that voucher forms are no longer an obligation for our customers when claiming their cashbacks, however our Cashback Team will greatly appreciate if you choose to write and highlight your transaction or order number on a first page of your network bill as this will enable them to process your claim in an efficient and accurate manner."

So, guys, no worries even if u don't have vouchers

OSPS phoned me today regarding my complaint, cs rep agreed to refund my del charge of 3.99 and 1.40 for returning a Virgin sim card.

She confirmed that the cashback for my Nokia 6300 is at month 6 8 10 and 12, so I have to send the current bill I have at that date, but it must be less than 4 weeks old, she said you can send a copy of the full bill, the one I received from Orange a couple of days ago was 3 pages, she said that was ok as not everyone has itemised billing and you don't have to use cashback vouchers.

    Cancel TMTI 0870 787 9604
    Cancel insurance 0870 111 7002

CS rep was very helpful and if I get the refund I will be very pleased as they have already sent me a Nokia data cable
