We have just come to the end of a 12 month contract with cashback from OSPS on my Wifes phone.
They needed a reminder about the first (automatic) cashback cheque, but after that we had no probs at all. The first time I made a mistake in sending only page 1 of the bill and not the whole lot (as cleary stated on their vouchers). They advised me of this and honoured the cashback even though it was past the deadline by the time I got them the other 3 pages.
Incidentally, the Motorola V3i we have was NOT LOCKED to Orange, thus saving me a few quid as I always get her hand-me downs. It works fine with my Virgin PAYG SIM.

I sent my 1st claim in on Monday 26-Feb recorded delivery and it was received on Tuesday.

Just checked the cashback calculator and the cheque has been raised today.

Cheque raised but when will you receive it.
I had to wait about 5 months for my automatic after reminding them. My first normal cashback was raised Feb 5th but I have not received it yet. Maybe it was raised so high that it has gone completely above my head.

Yep - the raised date is a red herring.

The column that would be more meaningful is "posted date".

Does anyone have a link to print off a copy of the cashback claims vouchers please? I can't find mine anywhere and I'm way out of the 14 day time limit.
