26 days since automatic cashback due and nothing received. I rang OSPS at the start of the month and was told they would send it ASAP, but still nothing...
Is this normal with OSPS?0 -

If you are waiting for a cash back call them on their geographic number and ask what the delay is.
I've got one more claim due with a bill that is printed 18th Jan 2007 this will be 12 months on a 12 month contract. When should I call Orange to get a PAC to port or just end the contract? I think it is 30 days notice with Orange so do I need to call them on the 18th Dec?Seth.0 -
OH my god. Can my life get any worse.
I just got of the phone.
The lad said that they had nothing on my account with regards to my claim. I asked how could this be...i got a confirmation email from them?
They said send in my last bill and a copy of the royal mail reference number.
What should i do?0 -

Send in you last bill and copy of the royal mail reference number??!
Did you have any luck? I recently signed with OSPS and will be sending off claims in a few months, so I'm hoping for better reports than those I've read on here so far!

Sent my first cash back voucher off, recorded delivery. 2 1/2 weeks later £58 cheque through my door. I've only received good service so far.
I want to sign up for free orange broadband does anyone know if this will void my cash back claim because contract will be for changed to 18 months from 12. I was thinking of getting a new phone on 18 month contract with full cash back just for broadband. Any suggestions appreciated.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is gift; that is why it's called the present.

Why do need to change to an eighteen month contract? I was told that they are doing the deal on a 12 month contract now in which case you should be able to just link it with your existing contract if what I have been told is corrrect.0

checked ispreview and have quickly changed my mind about orange. As for OSPS has anyone bought several phones with cashback then sold them? Or is it 1 contract per household? Seems too easy to make a quick buck.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is gift; that is why it's called the present.

Now 2 months since auto cashback due (90 days after connection) and nothing received. Emailed them 3 times, but no replies. Have now had to threaten small claims court - not sure if that will do anything though!
Have submitted 1st manual claim (4th month). Received an email to say it was being processed, but no cheque yet.
I am really regretting going with OSPS - I won't be using them again!0 -
i've sent 2 claims so far and got both no problems.
just about to send my last and final claim, also should be no problem.0
