OSPS (onestopphoneshop) Cashback Discussion.

No fear tam is here (first post and all). I have the cashback vouchers on PDF that they sent me. I threatened to take them to the small claims court as they lied about my application for my sheets. They says I didn't call within my 2 weeks notice period as they never sent such cashback vouchers out. I did, and subsequently I forgot about them until my fourth bill came and they hadn't sent them. So I called to say...and was told never ever will I get them or neither did I call. I wrote a letter out to explain that I feel very disappointed with them and what not with being called a liar.

A few phone calls later I read the letter out stating that I will take them to the small claims court to receive my damages and what not and straight away I was put through to the manager or something and was told promptly that I will be getting my vouchers via email 7 days later. Surprise surprise (watch out cilla!) they didn't send them so I called up and spoke to someone and within 30 mins I received a 2mb PDF 2 page file that does not indicate in any shape or form that it relates to any one customer.

So if anyone is needing this please let me know and I can forward it on to you as I know how much money your cashback vouchers cost you (and me if I wasn't such a cheapsk8).

I Have Had A Very Bad Experience With This Company And I Lost A Lot Of Money And Will Never Ever Deal With Them. Avoid Them And Never Trust Them As They Are Always Trying To Find Excuses For Not Paying You. They Are Giving Bad Name To The Other Honest Businesses In The Same Trade

I recently read about this company in The Mirror newspaper (sorted section). dedicated section to chasing cowboy companies. It warned about this companies activities, I cant remember when i read it, but seeing this thread rang a bell.

If you following the T&C to the dot and they don't pay up, then just use the small claims court.

If you don't following the T&C's then you only have yourself to blame.

I have just taken a couple of contracts out with E2SAVE. Initially they *forgot* to send me the cashback vouchers, but now I have them. In a couple of months time I will be applying for first cashback.

Ok i'm calling their customer services & will try to bring this forum to their attention, worked for mobileshop.com, hopefully will help here......

I have been very lucky with them I had 2 contracts with them for a year now and received all my cash back. The first cash back I did have to phone them but they did send them. I know I must be one of the lucky ones but they do pay out sometimes.

Well called them, they really are'nt bothered, gave me all the spiel about the ppl here being only a small percentage of unsuccessful cashback they have every day . I told them to come on this board, but apparantly this is the first they have heard of any problems, yer right!! & they are not going to come on here, as i had already made my mind up about how bad they are . Any osps ppl out there who want to respond??. I think its better if i go to mobileoutlet.com, never thought i would say that!

osps is actually quite good for me. got 2 cheques from them yesterday morning. now 108quid more in my account!
